This recently completed project features a custom Crane Drafting & Design plan created around an Oregon-approved ADU layout and tailored to the client’s needs.

The finished ADU includes a warm and inviting propane fireplace, a Trex deck that wraps around the structure, and a coordinated detached garage designed to complement the style and character of the ADU.

From the initial design concept through the final construction documents, the goal was to create a practical, attractive, and cohesive property that feels intentional from every angle.
